hi vj's

would like to ask:

appointment letter looks like?

just a one sheet stating your, a) NAme b)passport no. c)interview date d)time e)UID f) couriered to and g) hold for collection

????

according to one vj member, you must photocopy the first 2 pages of the appointment letter before going to the medical exam but the appointment letter downloaded by my fiance is just one page.
