03/17/11 NOA2 approved

06/06/11 Interview. Visa approved. Told we'll get visa in 7-10 days. Lies.

07/12/11 Visa in hand

07/15/11 Arrival in the U.S.

07/28/11 Mailed I-485

08/03/11 NOA for I-485

08/29/11 Biometrics

10/17/11 Greencard interview. Approved.

10-08-2010- BOA check cleared

10-12-2010- Rec'd NOA 1 (hardcopy) by Postal Service

10-14-2010- "Touched"

03-07-2011- 5 month mark/called USCIS for SRMT/told to callback 30 days later

03-07-2011- Emailed Senator Nelson

03-15-2011- Rec'd email from Senator/Release of Record Request

03-28-2011- Letter from Senator to give them 30-45 days to find out something

04-06-2011- 30 days expired/was told to give 25 more days

04-12-2011- Put in an Expedite Request "ONPT"

04-26-2011- Senator sends me a letter "They found I am APPROVED" (no kidding)

Also, my account on the USCIS site has been updated and last touch is today.

Pretty much what I did:

Never called USCIS, I couldn't handle the BS, I'd probably say something very bad on the phone to them :P.

Mailed letters to my two US. Senators and U.S. Congressman. Included my NOA1, asking for them to inquire about it and sent them the Processing time printout sheet (Highlights Posted date on it, the area that says "approved under X month if it shows a month" and the K-1 Visa area).

As of today 1 Senator and the Congressman had emailed/mailed me saying they will inquire about the delay and about a service request.

Well Im not sure if it got touched earlier in the day and then approved or they just updated it right as they did approve it.

October 16, 2010: NOA1 hard copy received (dated October 7, 2010)

April 18, 2011: RFE e-mail

April 20, 2011: RFE hardcopy received

April 20, 2011: RFE response sent to VSC

May 2, 2011: E-mail confirming VSC has received RFE response

July 27, 2011: NOA2 e-mail received (9 months, 2 weeks, and 6 days (292 days) after NOA1

July 30, 2011: NOA2 hard copy

August 4, 2011: NVC received case

August 8, 2011: NVC forwarded case to US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

August 8, 2011: Consulate received case

August 25, 2011: Consulate mailed packet 3

Would you please be so kind to post a link to the Processing Time Printout Sheet that you included with your letters and where it says "approved under X month" etc.? I didn't quite understand.

But congratulations to you, any help you can give me now would be a blessing, my NOA1 date is October 5th, 2010. So right next to yours. I appreciate it. Way to go and good job. :)
