I think of it this way - any one terror attack of significant magnitude will kill a lot of people, whether it's carried out by a group within the 81.5% (Islamists) or the 18.5% (non-Islamists). We shouldn't assume those proportions will hold steady over time. Nor should we assume that an Islamist attack will do 4.4 times (81.5/18.5) the damage a non-Islamist attack would.

We can assume that the 18.5% will never detonate a nuclear bomb here.

They may hold grudges against the government or the system, but destroying

And I would offer my opinion that loving America whilst holding many Americans in utter contempt is not a form of patriotism.

If destroying America is not the goal of the "others", they are still willing to destroy Americans! If they are targeting a politician, it seems they don't care if other innocent American people die too. Not patriotic!
