Confused about K-2 Visa

My fiance's daughter will be a "follow-to-join" applicant. I am confused as to what the procedures are in this case. When we submit the affidavit of support at his interview, are we including her in the family size? I know that we do not need to present the AOS at her interview and so that is where my question arises from. Do my fiance and I have to bring a passport for his daughter on the day of his interview or do we just tell the interviewer we want her to "follow-to-join" and not need any documents for her?

PS I am petitioning him for a K1 Visa and therefore she will be K1 derivative (K2).

9.5.2014 Received Text/Email that EAD card has been mailed (Day 72 (Day 67 from PD))

9.8.2014 EAD Card received!! (Day 75 (Day 70 from PD))

9.12.2014 Applied for SSN (Day 79 (Day 74 from PD))

9.18.2014 Received SSN (Day 85 (Day 80 from PD))

10.08.2014 Received Interview Date for Nov 14th!! (Day 105 (Day 100 from PD))

11.14.2014 Interview Date!!! (Day 142 (Day 137 from PD))

Yes

Answer then will be yes also.

Yes, they need that into which to insert the K-2 visa. NO passport, no visa.

See above. You listed ALL children on the I-129f form and you list those who are coming with or to join on the DS-156/156K forms.

If she's following then you don't need to submit anything about her at the K1 interview. Just make sure she's listed on the DS-156K as a follow. You are required to list "follow to join" children on the I-134, so yes - she will be considered in the family size.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

If she's following then you don't need to submit anything about her at the K1 interview. Just make sure she's listed on the DS-156K as a follow. You are required to list "follow to join" children on the I-134, so yes - she will be considered in the family size.

We were required to submit my fiance´s son birth certificate inextensa format at the embassy in Santo Domingo. He, too, will follow to join.

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.
