Just sent my package!!!! UPS is not delivering to PO box, so I did not put that part of the address. Do you think I made a mistake? They should receive my package on Thursday the 14th.

Got home today and the NOA1 was waiting for me in the mailbox!! The check hasn't gone through the bank yet, but got the NOA1 extension letter so that means they accepted our package!! Yay! :thumbs: NOA1 is dated 4/5/11. Can someone update me please?? Keep it comin' VSC!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance:

Yes you were right champi! :thumbs: I just got a little worried because my check didn't go through today and most everyone gets their check cashed first, then NOA in the mail...mine will probably be cashed tomorrow. Of course I'm backwards! :bonk:

Add me to the list, please. We are sending off the petition in the morning and will over night it. I'm not expecting a smooth ride, as nothing from day one went smooth for us. It's been an unreal journey thus far and this removal should have technically been over with years ago.

I wouldn't worry about it. The NOA1 does not have the PO box on it. I think the PO box is just for sorting purposes, but it's not overly important.

Your package will get there. As long as you have delivery confirmation then you should be fine.

N-400 timeline

2014-08-25: N-400 sent
