I was in the same situation as yours,(no kids , no lease, got RFE and was called for interview) and for sure you got the RFE because of the lease or rent agreement. You can always add your name to the lease, but it has no sense because the date should cover the 2 years of mariage. what i did is the folowwing, : i sent them some mails that i and my wife received from family, friends and gouvernment administrations and we asked the owner of the property (my wife cousin) to write a letter explaining why we dont have the lease ( simply because we are a family members). The worst case that can happen is that they may call you for an interview and you wont have any problem. Best of luck, and i`ll post our interview experience soon.

Well at the interview we wer told that our case will be approved after some more administrative work. i knew we dont need to worry because evrything was fine with our case. it just took a bit more time to get the Card in the mail. Thank you.

I had to initiate a SR to get them to order a card and to update the website status. I received the CPO email on March 7 and am still awaiting the 10-year card. However, all my materials are heading out (hopefully) tomorrow or on Monday to file the N-400 for naturalization (using the approval letter my attorney received). Good luck everyone and see you in the N-400 March filers thread!

Finally I got the approval letter in mail last Wednesday and yesterday I received an email stating that card has been shipped. Yayyy!!! I am now a happy camper.
