Yay! I got the mail last Saturday regarding my approval. It was dated 12/13/11 and I just got my green card in the mail moments ago.. I'm in cloud nine! Best Xmas gift ever!! Doing the happy dance!! Lol

The decision letter & GC was waiting in my mailbox today. I hadnt checked my mail in about 3 days, so I am not really sure when I got it. The decision date is 12/13/11. :dance:

GC arrived yesterday! Just in time for my trip overseas today!

My card arrived yesterday. Nothing on the web has changed... it still shows on April 19 we received bla bla etc... no text no email either. Only my card has arrived. I had filed for me and my two kids as well. We all received the notices by mail that they approved the removing of conditions... I hope the two cards are in the mail.

Good luck everyone... I truly hope you will have good news before Christmas. That was my prayer and God has come through.

Another approval for April. I'm not on the list, but feel free to add me.

I'm also providing my timeline for those who may find it useful:

April 27: package sent to USCIS Vermont Service Center

April 29: date for first Notice of Action (receipt notice)

May 23 : date for second Notice of Action (Biometrics appointed slated for June 20)

June 10 : successfully completed "early" Biometrics walk-in 10 days ahead of original appointment

June 14 : went as walk-in to USCIS office to get I-551 stamp in passport. Passport stamped, was not asked to surrender old card, immigration officer volunteers information that my Biometrics taken 4 days ago had already been successfully processed and cleared by the FBI to continue the process with Vermont

December 13: Vermont approves case

December 18: card dispatched

December 19: (unaware of approval and dispatch) call USCIS to confirm if April 4th is still the "as-of" processing date. informed that it still is. Firmly and politely ask to be put through to a Level 2 officer to see if more information is available for Vermont. Put through to Level 2 officer. Give personal identification details to officer who says my case has already been approved, card production has been ordered and that card has been dispatched (for some reason, approval and card production both take place on same day). USCIS provides tracking number for priority USPS package

To add: I was signed up for e-mail alerts. None have come so far, and my case status on the website has not changed and is still marked as "Initial Review" which apprently is the same (and only) information the Level 1 officers can see.
