Hi All! Please let me join the table.

I've added myself to the April list. I was confident with the package I sent CSC at first, thinking it well-organized and covered all categories, but now not any more because I just got a REF.

I think the reason is that we don't have any properties together. My husband bought the house before he met me. To explain this, we sent a certified affidavit from my husband's high school friend who lives in the same quarter with us.

Another thing popped up in my mind is that my husband and I bought a car together in Feb. Both our names are on the financing papers, but there's only his name on the title. When I saw the title he said he simply did not think about it :bonk: . Anyway, we decided to buy this car for his use only because after an accident, his car was total lost and I have my own car so I let him make his owned choice. He chose a manual sport car! :dance: Since I can't drive this kind of car and to save us some money ($60/month cheaper because I'm a new driver) my name is not on the insurance.

Should we add my name to his title and add his name to my title as additional evidences to respond uscis? :help:

Does the RFE say what information they want from you?

If you can add both of your names to the titles within the time frame they have given you I would do it. It took a month for me to be added to ours but it might not take that long in your state. It didn't cost much, which was nice. Any information you can provide with both of your names on would be good. Did you send them tax transcripts for 2009 and 2010?

Well, I FINALLY got to go for my biometrics appointment yesterday! It was pretty painless. There were a lot of people waiting for ASC appointments but hardly anyone with infopass appointments.

New Orleans definitely does not accept walk-ins. I arrived an hour early and had to wait until 12 for them to call 12 o'clock appointments before they would even let me have the paperwork to fill in! They only had two machines to do the fingerprints on. Does anyone else remember how many there were at theirs? Seems like Nola needs some more!

Charleston SC only had two i think, i guess that they only have 2-3 people qualified to do this task anyways. But good to hear that you cleared that hurdle. back to the waiting game for you laddie.

they had three people too but only two machines and lots of computers? who knows who uses those lol.

woo now for the wait, i'm thinking it's gonna be christmas time before anything happens.

"On July 22, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283"
