i guess i will join the others...i got a RFE in the mail yesterday,no updates in the system though,they need more evidence,i sent them a boat load of stuff and i dont get it what else they need from us..i guess depends on who got your package and who is doing it..but we wll figure something out..God is good!

Guess they don't like people from the Cleveland area over in California Maybe we got the same person working on our papers, and he/she is bored.

i bet they are,..we also had the Bio same day G00b3r...so who knows whats going on..i wll just send the same stuff i sent before and a few extra,if they dont like it again,i better go to an interview and they will see how real we are..

agree, right now I would prefer the interview over sending more, to just get it over with. Before I was not worried and didn't think about it, was fine with the NOA saying I'm good for 1 more year, but now having until 8-17 to send everything they want is putting a time on it all.

they gave me until September 29th to send everything back,i guess i have a little more time,but im planning to do by the end of this week,most of the time they ask for info they already have,so as i said i have a few extra medical bills with my name and address and others with my hubbys name and and so on...but i will send what i got and highlight and explain in post it notes what is what..and thats about it..we dont have kids or a mortgage so i think thats one of their problems..if i do it this week, ill let u know what i sent..

WOW, I wonder why they gave you so much more time. Mine was dated the 6th and got here monday, so on the 11th... weird that you get 6 weeks more then me. I will just send them everything I can, and I guess I send them some stuff I already send them. Just wondering if I have to write a cover letter and/or a letter that explains why I can't submite some proof they are asking for?!?

well i guess i wll just say what i got in the package im sending them(thats besides the "post it"notes on each page im planning to put)..and them i will say we dont have kids or a mortgage yet cos we are trying to save some money for a house and most of the bills are in my husbands name..and so on..

And u know what else,my husband suggested last night to make copies of the immigration letters we got from them since 2008, that shows the same address,he says thats proof i ve been here for the last 3 years,since i reply to all of their letters..i think i ll do that

you just need his social security number. the automated line doesn't stay open 24 hours but it should still be going by the time he gets back from work. good luck.

Got my card in the mail today!!! That was fast!!!!!!!

To those with RFE's.... don't lose hope! We had 4 RFE's when we applied for our conditional card but we got through it!
