We did the early walk-in Bio today. This is the first time I see the staff waiting for people to take'm in. we were done in less than 10 min.

I was considering going early. My appointment is next Friday but if I can get in earlier that would be wonderful.

Not many people seem to have any issues with going early so perhaps I'll give it a try.

Excellent! Went to the ASC and there was not a single person there. In and out in 5 minutes :dance:

Same here. Had an 11 am appointment. Got there around 10:40am and were out within 10 minutes.

Hi all, this morning I had my bio apointment and in 40minutes I was done. Can someone edit timeline for me.

Check cashed 4-22 and bio app 6-8. Thank you!!!

I received a follow up to my call in the mail yesterday (no idea why they didn't email me) saying that my case is "in suspense" until I get biometrics done (obviously) and included a copy of the biometrics letter I had already received.

I guess it was just coincidence that the biometrics letter was dated the same day I called them.

To those who haven't received anything yet: it must be that they're so backed up at Vermont that it's taking a lot longer than normal to schedule biometric appointments. Not that it helps, but it's happening to most of us so you can feel calmer knowing it's not just you. Call them if you feel uneasy about waiting, but otherwise just have some extra patience and the appointment letter will come when it's ready.

Personally I think whoever is in charge at Vermont needs a kick up the butt. They should transfer some cases to California if they're that backed up at Vermont.

It does seem likely that it was a coincidence that your letter was dated the same day you called. I called over two weeks ago hoping it would move things along but all I got was a letter saying "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of this letter." I'm trying to be patient, I'm a patient person but I can't lie, I'm a little concerned that I'm the only person who has got this response. :blink: People who filed in May are starting to get their biometrics appointments already. I wish they could tell me which month the appointment is going to be, July, August..?

I'm glad most people have got their appointments, hopefully your approvals will come shortly!

Biometrics done today, appointment time was for 10 am, i got there just after 8 am, first in, done in 10 mins, very friendly staff, pity it was 200+ miles round trip for 10 mins.

Does anyone know how many days after biometrics will we get the case number which we can track online?

You have to use the Application number that is on the Bio letter, that cn be entered as soon as the bio letter is recieved.
