I sent in my package today!!!!!!!

I also have a question, did everyone use the postal office to send it through? Last time I went to Fed Ex but now they told me they couldn't send it since it was to a P.O.Box and only the post office has those keys? Never heard that one before...

As far as proof I used 2 affidavits (a friend and MIL), birth certificates of our mutual children, our lease, tax returns from 2009 and 2010 and 4 pages of photos.

My timeline:

I normally used to send packages via UPS. Even this time, since VSC address has street name, I had option of sending it via UPS (the UPS guy said that if there is a street address, then even with PO box they can make delivery. If it's only PO box, then they can not ship). With that said, my package was almost 4lbs and it cost me $38 bucks via USPS to send Next Day before 3pm while the UPS guy had given me a quote of over $60 bucks for half the weight (2lbs rate).

In short, I think starting next time, I'm going to go with USPS since they've delivery confirmation, tracking, and all with Next Day.

Thanks Ben and Ash, it's weird how things work out. I actually was planning to send mine on 24th with Next Day but couldn't because of medical emergency on 23rd. I was delayed 2-3 days and it turns out, if I had sent it on 24th, mine would have been returned bcoz I didn't remember to count 31day of the March/May months.

I asked the post office about that because it was a strange address. They said to send it to the exact address (including the PO box). The PO box may be some kind of identifier/sorting for USCIS, so I wouldn't recommend leaving it out.

I was worried that being a PO box would mean my package would be delivered and not signed for, but as long as the mail is express/certified (which all mail to USCIS should be, for your own protection) then it will always be signed for. Mine was delivered the next day with no problem.

Did the address including something like "Original I-751 submission" per USCIS Assembling guidelines? I'd think then they may figure out where to send the package. Otherwise, I am not sure.

I sent mine via USPS with delivery confirmation and signature required. I sent it on Friday and it arrived on Saturday! I was very surprised. The lady at the post office and I discussed that they probably wouldn't have anyone to receive it on Saturday so she marked not to attempt delivery over the weekend. The post office at the other end must know they're open on Saturdays and ignored the directions, because when I logged in on Sunday to see where the package was it already said delivered and signed for. :)

All sorting has been completed at the delivery unit for today's deliveries at 7:05 am on April 01, 2011 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607."

Is that the same as delivered?
