Hey everyone

I sent my I751 package on 21st, cheque was cashed on 27th and I recieved my NOA1 30th (reciept date 25th April)

Just a qs tho...im trying to add a portfolio to USCIS website and its saying it doesnt exist. Is that just cause its too early and the system isnt ready? Anyone else having any problems?

Congrats on getting NOA1, it's a relief to get official/legal letter of 1 year extension :)

You'll need an application number from the biometrics appointment letter to be able to add case to the portfolio and track it on USCIS website.

I think uscis is doing racial profiling. If you take a close look at the april and may filers who have not got approved, you will find out that many of them are from china. I guess what uscis does is

Thanks. Our petition was late by one business day after USPS messed up. That worries me but we did send lots of evidence. Good luck to us all.

Thank you very much. :star: You don't know how much i was stressing about this. Whew. I was so worried we would be rejected. Still kicking myself for waiting till the last minute. My husband and i have gone through a lot since he has been here but i would not like to see him leave. I still want him here getting on my nerves instead of somewhere else. lol :bonk::bonk::bonk::rofl::rofl:

There wasn't one in the mail for us yesterday either. :unsure: Our NOA1 date is one day after yours, so if isn't in the mail today I will have to call USCIS tomorrow. I hate this wait!!! I am tempted to call today.

I think lots of people on here are waiting to hear the result of your call to VSC. they seem to be getting slower. hardly any approvals issued for Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr and not one Bio appt issued for April yet.

Really? Nobody has been approved from dec/jan/feb/march fillers in the VSC? Are you sure? Maybe they finished everything and they forgot to update status here. :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: I am trying to be optimistic but it does not work!!! :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

I know VSC are not too fast but there have been many approvals from Nov/Dec and some from January too. Lets keep fingers crossed and hope for the best. Here are the overall stats from Nov to March as of 12:07pm on 5/4/2011

California Service Center (43 applicants, 36 approved 84%)

Vermont Service Center (45 applicants, 30 Approved 67%)

December

California Service Center (23 applicants, 19 approved, 83%)

Vermont Service Center (30 applicants, 7 approved 23%)

January

California Service Center (35 applicants, 23 approved 65.7%)

Vermont Service Center (34 applicants, 2 approved 6%)

February

California Service Center (28 applicants, 16 Approved, 57%)

04/16/2013 - Case Complete (they found our first marriage certificate during supervisor review??)
04/17/2013 - NVC received IV Checklist response
04/23/2013 - Case Complete email from NVC
