So if they do not send us app. letters we should call after 30 days of the date on NOA?

Did anyone from VSC received app letters?

I am wondering the same thing...I haven't gotten a bio appt letter yet and this week makes 30 days...so I am getting antsy. Guess I'll have to be calling USCIS this week. Blah.

Yah, it's actually my husband who tried his luck twice in the same day. I know Charlotte office is very strict about allowing early bio appointments. My husband went in the morning and at 7:45am there were already 10+ ppl in the line so the Lady at the front desk did not allow him to do it early. She said they're busy and short-staffed but recommend to try in the afternoon.

My husband went again around noon the same day and this they they let him in.

For now, we know that if we want to try early appointment in Charlotte office, go in the afternoon time.

Thanks. Our petition was late by one business day after USPS messed up. That worries me but we did send lots of evidence. Good luck to us all.

Hey everyone

I sent my I751 package on 21st, cheque was cashed on 27th and I recieved my NOA1 30th (reciept date 25th April)

Just a qs tho...im trying to add a portfolio to USCIS website and its saying it doesnt exist. Is that just cause its too early and the system isnt ready? Anyone else having any problems?
