Ha-ha, it's good to know that I am not the only smart one, champi ;-) How long ago did you ship your package? I still would like to hear from those who did and their packages were not returned. I thinking to post the same question on other threads. Good luck to ya!

I sent mine on 3/26 and received NOA on 4/4 but I doubt they actually look at the package when sending NOA1s. Basically, I can say that they do not return in immediately. So I've no way to tell for sure that I won't get RFE in future.

We highlighted our names, address, and dates on every piece of paper we sent. :yes:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I did use sticky notes for one thing. I wrote applicants' full name and alien # on the front side of the sticky part . Then I cut just the sticky part (so it's a narrow strip rather than square note) and stuck it at the top right corner of every piece of paper (except the I-751 application, photos, and check). This was a very tedious task and required lot of patient. I did it so that if a one of the paper gets misplaced or something (probably unlikely), they know exactly whose application it came out from. Also, since it's sticky note, if they want to take it out, it will easily come out.

I am not suggesting this is required or part of packaging guidelines or anything like that.I did this at I-130 (CR1) time too and so I don't think it will hurt in anyway.

I thought to highlight papers but I decided not to.

I got my NOA in mail today!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: Dated 4-14. They did not look at the paperwork yet, because they are saying if we have some paperwork to submit to bring with us on bio appt.

I did not want them to think I altered smthng, and to have excuse to return my paperwork. I just wrote my A# on memo line of the check.

Driver license. It will expire on 06/24/11 and but got it renewed (by showing NOA1 letter and doing road sign test) so now it expires on 3/29/2012.

Champi yours might be soon then.
