This brilliant post of yours illustrates it nicely. You are drawing some wild conclusions from a very simple story of a guy finding a bullet in a street and reporting it to the police as if doing so is weird and wacky. I doubt everyone would report it, but a lot of people would for the very logical reason that it could have been evidence in some kind of criminal activity. That's all this story is, a small incident and yet you think it's evidence of something, telling evidence. It's not, it's just a filler piece.
