OK, I'm pretty sure I have this figured out, but I just want to be sure.

The 2 fees I paid online to the NVC, before my case was completed and sent

to the Embassy in Nairobi are it, right?

The only additional fee is going to be for the medical, paid to the clinic?

Unlike the fiancee visa, there are no additional fees to be paid to the Embassy?

Thanks in advance for any answer.

That is correct...there are no more filing fees. You face fees for medical, labs, any tests that the physician may order and, depending on your embassy's protocol, a delivery fee to have your visa/passport to your designated address.
