You can not afford the K1.

But can afford a 4 month vacation....

Something does not add up.

She is the USC and HE is the one visiting for 4 months. So, she's the one who needs to meet the sponsorship requirements, not him. So it's irrelevant that he visits her for many months, because it's HER income that matters and HIS vacation doesn't mean SHE isn't still working to get by here in the US.

Yeah making 125% of poverty is not that hard and if you are not meeting the requirement how are you going to pay for tickets, AOS and other things that crop up.

I appreciate that.

So if he is so well off that he can take a 4 month vacation in the US and she is so badly off that she can not sponsor him, perhaps her emigrating would be more logical?

Can you think outside of the box? Your primary complaint was not being able to make enough to qualify by yourself during the I-134 submission process; poverty guidelines. I have an idea for you which will allow you to make three times the poverty levels. I am talking about getting started in the trucking industry. Thousnad of ladies drive trucks for a living. It is good paying and stable. If you like go to Bubbajunk.com and survey companies that are hiring. Some will train you and you will pay them back over time for that training. Starting pay will be around 35-45,000. It is only an idea that will be a slam-dunk when you fill out your I-134. Plus, when your fiance has been licensed for a minimum of one year he can drive right along with you. By that time, your income will be over $100,000 combined. Can't beat that!!

Why do you always advertise for the Trucking Industry? This is the 2nd time I've seen it from your posts. Do they pay you for this? Sheesh.:bonk:
