hello vj members

we have submitted our I 751 application on February 12, 2011 got the receit on 16 feb and still no check cashed by uscis!! we called to find out but they said they cant have access to our application and to just wait!

my green card expires on 12 April, and we are worried that they denie our case or say they didn't get anything from us on time!

what do we do now? do we send out the application another time? or just wait as they said?

help us please

if you received a receipt noa1 did it say one year extension,if so the no need to send another 1-751 just wait.take a good look at the receipt letter if it says one year extension,if not then get infopass, or call the 1-800 number, see what happen

no i didn't receive NOA, i just got the receipt that says they got the package.
