I have some questions regarding the DS-230 forms.

The petitioner has received a package from NVC and it has the DS-230 form, is he supposed to send the same form to the beneficiary or can the beneficiary go online and fill out a DS-230?

Then will the beneficiary prepare two DS-230 forms for her and her son?

Will the petitioner pay for the two DS-230's as in for the wife and son? Total of 808 dollars.

Do they need to send the original documents to NVC or even certified copies will work.

Then when does one pay the DS-230 fee? I know its done online but after how long can one pay so that you are able to print the bar code cover sheet?

What documents will the beneficiary need to send for her Son to NVC?

This is what the guides are for. Time to study the NVC process. Yes, you'll be paying two $404 fees but just one $88 fee. Doesn't matter who fills out the forms in PDF but one for each intending immigrant, signed by the intending immigrant of if too young, signed in their behalf by the parent.

ANSWER YES petationer and beneficiary both recieved same DS-230 FORM instruction package from NVC but dont wait for instruction DS-230 packet go online and fill out a DS-230 form and send to NVC with all beneficiary original civil document and all original document return after benieficiary interview

answer no original certified copies will not work beneficiary need to send all civil original document to NVC

ANSWER when petationer pay affidavit of support $88 fee online and IV VISA IMMIGRANT fee online after 3 days bar code cover sheet available online and petationer got and able to take print out bar code cover sheet online

Again, who prepares the forms is up to the couple. Who signs them and that they are accurate is what is important.
