My fiancee and I have a daughter who has dual US/Mexican citizenship. Do we list her on the i-134, section 3, under "name of family member or spouse accompanying or following to join person"? We all live together in Mexico now. My daughter and I will either travel to the US with my fiancee (her father) or before him.

09/25/2010 - I-129 Sent

K-1 VISA JOURNEY

10/06/2010 - NOA 1

03/07/2011 - NOA 2

03/21/2011 - NVC sent to Juárez

03/18/2011 - Juárez received

(How Juarez received before NVC sent is beyond me. I'm just reporting what I've been told.)

04/11/2011 - Juárez sent Packet 3

04/25/2011 - "Packet 3" arrived to my fiancé's house in Mexico

05/02/2011 - Medical

05/03/2011 - ASC

05/04/2011 - Interview

05/11/2011 - Entered the United States of America for the first time in his life

05/16/2011 - MARRIED!

No. She is not applying for a visa, she is not accompanying anyone. She is a US citizen traveling to the US. You do not, for example, list yourself. She IS counted in your family size for the I-134.

the United States does not recognize "dual citizenship", nor do they disallow it. A person is a US citizen or they are not a US citizen. Period. Your daughter IS a US citizen.
