Sure. And it should be a text-only board. No images or videos of any kind. After that, I'd do away with TOS with one exception - no references to real names or anything that might link a screen name to someones real name.

Duking it out online is like watching a Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner go at it. How many times do want to watch the coyote's efforts get foiled again before you've had enough? It'd be far more entertaining to have real online competition, like who can compose their own rap song or perhaps a game of Pong?
