This is the one I use. Overkill and pricey but I don't care, you only live once

Walmart also has the plastic burger presses I think. It was either Walmart or Target and it was pretty cheap in price.

That's still not a bad price, and it looks like it would last a lot longer than a plastic one.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

My wife loves my Gamborgers......nice ground chuck, mix in a package of Lipton Onion Soup mix.

Make large thick patties, grill properly, serve on large bun with cheddar cheese, lettuce, and slice of home-grown tomatoe.

OMG, soup in a pouch! More poison! I used to have one of those gamburger cookers for the countertop that looks like a clamshell. You know, the kind you promote if you are a former boxing champion. Alla didn't like it and got rid of it. It was "too easy" for the boys to make gamburgers!

French onion dip is also poison but Alla makes a "sauce" with sour cream and crushed garlic, which is perfectly healthy. (and tasty)

So far I am happy to allow her to do the cooking.

Five Guys FTW.

With the online order feature I can have a Five Guys burger and sack of fries sitting on my coffee table in under 10 minutes. FTW fa sho!

And Red Robin too.

Can't beat all you can eat steak fries. - Well, not unless you add cajun spices to them and fill the sack up.

My wife loves my Gamborgers...

Along with chicken wings, this is the one "greasy, nasty, horrible American food" my wife can be tricked into eating. I have to twist her arm about a 1/4 turn and it's, "OK. I will be eat togeser whis you one gamboorger." But that quickly turns into, "No f'king way I will be eat gamboorger again zis week. We already eat gamboorger yesterday."

So I suggest chicken wings....

American cheese, mayo and onions are all that I add after.

I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be some strips of pork on there somewhere. Maybe even some BBQ or A-1 sauce.

I wish I could relate... My wife has adjusted perfectly well to American life and cuisine (and gained more than a few pounds to prove it).

I told my wife she had gained the freshman 15 (and then explained what that was) and she stopped eating American food cold turkey. She's still good for a gamboorger here and there or maybe some chicken wings but for the most part, it's healsy food and vege-tables.

For being here over four years she's probably only gained about 8 pounds. Not bad, especially considering she's over 30.

I guess it has something to do with crabs/crab cakes, shrimps, scallops and other seafood, but I tend to lose some weight while I'm in the States.

It's also good that my fiance is used to cooking at home... and we prefer to bake food or boil it, not fry...

I don't mind hamburgers, chicken wings or pizza every now and then. Me and my fiance also like having taco nights at least every other week.

I don't mind going to big grocery stores for foor either... so i guess, i'm more or less adjusted to American eating habits.

Two things I miss, amongst others, from living in Ukraine: wild rabbit and wild pig. Never got around to hunting myself, I'd probably shoot a toe off anyway, but my (now) brothers-in-laws practically lived in the forest.
