Hi, my husband (US citizen) and I currently live in different places due to work reason but we are planning to move together soon. We filed 130 and 485 together in one envelop. So for 130, he used his address and for 485, I used my address.

I am wondering, when USCIS send us the interview notice, will they send the notice to me, or to my husband, or to both? Since he is traveling a lot and I am afraid we may not get the notice.

Thank you in advance!

Thank you very much for your reply, Harpa! Can I ask one more question? If there will be nothing sent to my husband, then on the notice sent to me, will there be my husband's name on it? Or just be my name, and indicate "xyz name and your spouse" need come to the interview.

Thanks!

It's addressed the the immigrant, so should go to you. Good luck.

It will be addressed to you only and on the letter it will say you need to bring your husband with you to the interview.
