Helloooo to everyone :dance: I'm new in the forum and I would like that somebody help me in my case :( .I live in Nicaragua I got married 3 years ago with a resident , but he became a US citizen in October 2010. The same month he sent my documents for the form l-130 and on November 11, 2010 he received a USCIS document that said that my case was in process. I feel anxious because we are still waiting for news. Its March 12, 2011 and we didn't received anything and I'm really worried and stress. Thank for your help. :help:

Hi there! I'm from Philippines... we actually have the same case. November 3rd, the USCIS received our documents but until now we haven't hear anything about it. its been 4 months already but they said the average processing is 5 months. Hold on, we're gonna hear some good news soon! good luck to both of us. ;)

you should have the USC spouse call into USCIS, get an ISO (see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5 )

and get casefile status.

Ask them if there is any returned postal mail, verify the postal address, ask to resend.

11/15/2010- Priority Date

11/18/2010- Notice Date

03/16/2011- Case has been updated on website

04/20/2011- Received NOA2 approval email (Finally)

153 days from our NOA1 to NOA2 .

NVC Journey

04/05/2011: Received NVC Case #

05/30/2011 - Emailed DS3032 ( moving at snail's pace i know )

06/03/2011 - AOS fee Paid

06/03/2011 - Acceptance of DS3032

:thumbs: Don't forget to start preparing your 864, 3032, and 230's..........for the NVC step.....start reading and researching now because it does pay off......
