Q. Do I have to receive all the required vaccines, even though I have been vaccinated before?

A. No. The civil surgeon will review your vaccination records at the time of your medical examination to see whether you have proof of earlier vaccinations against vaccine-preventable diseases that are appropriate for your age category. It is important that you take any written vaccination documentation you may have to the civil surgeon when you have your immigration medical examination.

My Fiancee was vaccinated when she was a child early 60s , but has no records or proof and has been told there is noway to get the records. she has visible marks on her arm from the Vaccination, will she have to get all the vaccinations again or is there another way to prove she has had the vaccinations ??? Blood test ????

I had most of my immunizations in the 60's also. What I did is...I went to my Dr and asked to have the blood tests done to check immunity. All came back ok except I wasn't immune to the mumps so I had the MMR vaccine. Also I had the TDaP immunization as it had been a number of years since I had one. Flu shot I get every year anyway. It only took about a week to get the blood test results back.

Good Luck!

Why not fill out your profile a little more with the type of visa you are applying for....Then fill out your timeline. It is great for reference for others :-)
