Changing my name after I receive my EAD?

We've filed an I-130 petition. So far, I've done everything without a lawyer, my EAD has been approved, and now I have an appointment for the Adjustment of Status. I just have a few questions.

1. How do I change my name to my married name after I receive my EAD? And then how do I change it ON my EAD & Green Card?

2. When am I allowed to go back to Canada to visit my family?

3. What are the interviews like?

Thanks :)

What visa are you AOSing from?

1. When you filled in your paperwork you should have written your married name on the forms. You can TRY and get them to change it at the interview but if they don't you'll looking at waiting for ROC, or paying the $455 (ish) required to get a replacement card in your new name.

2. You can go back when you have your GC

3. Depends on your situation. Depends on what visa you arrived on. Whether you have overstay. How long you've been together etc.

I came to the USA on a visitor visa, we weren't planning on getting married until next year, but we couldn't bear to leave each other, so I missed my flight home, and we eloped. :)

Congrats :D but you should post in this forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/

If you have a read of that forum you'll see other people in your situation so you can see interview reviews :D
