lacking a specific definition of arms, It is certainly logical to conclude that it includes shot guns and rifles.

more controversial perhaps but certainly not excluded would be assault rifles.

even more controversial would be tanks, but again not excluded

If you don't want the goverment to have an unfair advantage over the people in a showdown you have to include tanks.

My question is...........

Since it is commonly accepted now that a car can be a deadly weapon. (lots of people in jail for using a car as a deadly weapon)

Does that mean that having to register my hyundai is a violation of the 2cnd ammendment?

LOL. If you don't plan on using it on roads, then by all means, don't register it. But I think as you will probably want to use it outside of the time for revolution - register, insure it and get it inspected.
