Whether or not the UK government gives you a UK visitor's visa is completely up to them. The UK and the US are completely separate, and their respective visa sections do not compare notes.

It will not matter to them that your US citizen wife has a UK visitor's visa [if I understand you correctly]. They will look at your circumstances, and your circumstances alone, to determine if they will give you a visitor's visa.

Your joint bank account, sponsorship of her Dubai residence [again, if I understand you correctly], and strong evidence of marriage are all good things for getting the US to give you a spousal visa, but the UK government will not care about any of them when they decide whether or not to give you a UK tourist visa.

The fact that you have a Pakistani passport will not, by itself, prevent them from giving you a UK tourist visa. If they are anything like the US, they will base that decision on how likely they think you are to try to stay in the UK. Most of what you have mentioned is irrelevant to that question, although the fact that you are in the process of obtaining a US visa probably helps you, because it implies that you already have plans to go the US, and therefore not stay in the UK.

my wife is US citizen she applied for k-3 visa ,

:ot:

FYI, when the I-130 and I-129F that your wife submitted finally reaches the NVC (they will have been tied together by USCIS), the I-129F for K3 will be administratively closed leaving only the I-130 for IR/CR-1 visa active.

The previous post by HeatDeath addresses what you were initially asking about.

The UK is considered soft touch in getting a visitor visa, why do you wish to go there?

Because you have begun the process of applying for a US immigrant visa, the US government is, unfortunately, quite likely to conclude that you do have immigrant intent. That will make getting a tourist visa even more difficult than it would have been otherwise, and it was a long shot to start with.

I'm afraid that you would have a very good chance of rejection if you applied for a US tourist visa. Miracles do happen, but I wouldn't go into the process with any real optimism.
