I have a question.

I received the invoice (email) from the NVC for the IV Fee March 10, 2011 about 2pm, but until today I can't pay it online. I don't see the invoice thus I can't pay it online? how long does it take for them to put it in the system? I called NVC already and the lady said wait for about 5days???

I am petitioning for my mother.

January 17, 2011 Sent petition I-130 for my mother
February 14, 2011 Approved petition from the USCIS (Vermont)
March 02, 2011 Received letter from NVC
March 05, 2011 Payment cleared
March 06, 2011 sent the DS3032 via email to NVC
March 09, 2011 received confirmation regarding the Choice of Agent
March 10, 2011 received the IV Fee invoice via email
March 16. 2011 sent check via USPS
March 18, 2011 received e-mail regarding the IV Fee payment and the package for AOS
March 25, 2011 sent the supporting docs for AOS (DS-230 and Civil Docs)
April 15, 2011 received RFE
May 11, 2011 Case Completed
May 27, 2011 Received E-mail from NVC about the INterview Date
July 6, 2011 Interview Date

Hey there,

I had the exact same problem.... I received my IV invoice by email on March 9th and still it is not showing on the payment portal. I already tried different browsers and even uninstalled IE8 and tried with IE7 and 6 but with no luck. Some supervisors at NVC told me there was a problem with the portal and to wait a couple of days or send the payment by alernate method... Glad to know I am not the only one!

Would you let me know when you are able to see the invoice online? (So I check it is not me only!)

USCIS (200 days)

2010-07-21: I-130 Sent

2010-07-29: NOA1

2011-02-14: NOA2

NVC (65 days)

2011-03-01: Received NVC case#, IIN# and Beneficiary ID#

2011-03-02: Gave NVC Operator e-mail addresses. Sent OPTIN email.

2011-03-03: Sent DS-261 (online)

2011-03-04: Received and paid AOS fee. Received DS3032 by email.

2011-03-07: AOS fee appears PAID

2011-03-08: NVC Received DS-261 according to AVR.

2011-03-08: Received IV fee bill by email but Online Payment portal not working! L(

2011-03-10: Sent AOS package by email.

2011-03-14: Finally NVC portal working... Paid IV fee.

2011-03-14: OPTIN email accepted! (12 days after sent)

2011-03-15: IV fee appears as PAID. Submitted DS-260 online form & documents by email.

2011-04-01: Review completed but showing missing docs that were there. Sent to supervisor for a second review.

2011-04-14: Second review completed but still rejecting Argentine PCC. Off to getting a new one :(

2011-04-27: New Argentine PCC sent (checklist response)

2011-05-04: SIF & CC!!!!!!!

2011-05-13: Interview date assigned

Medical / US Consulate / POE

2011-05-25: Medical in Montreal

2011-06-21: Interview

I am having the same problems as well.

I have tried IE8 and Firefox, and CTRL+F5ing too lol.

Hopefully it will get fixed as soon as possible!!

Thanks everybody who replied...

Hopefully we can pay online by Monday so we can go on to the next steps in this whole process... I will let you know guys if I it's ok...it may not be a big deal to them but for those who are on the waiting side,,it seems that a day feels like months :-) just have to hang in there and we'll see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!! :thumbs:

I just wonder you guys have updated on paid fee IV on line yet? Today I got email from NVC to pay my parents fee for IV, but when I log in it is still not available yet.

Can you guys keep me update on this and how long it take to pay online from the day you received your email.

it would be updated right away however the NVC have had issues with the payment portal iin the last week. you would be best calling them to see if there is still a known issue if yes and without a resolution time then mailing your payment might be an option

Hi Kevinguyen, I had the problem that I could not see the invoice online but it is fixed for me now. I received the email with the invoice on March 9th, and I was not able to pay until March 15th. But that was because there was a problem in the system as said to me by NVC supervisors. Generally, you should see the invoice online as soon as you receive the email. Nevertheless, if there is another problem now I personally suggest to wait as they usually get fixed within a week. Sending the payment by mail would take about 3 weeks, whereas sending it online it shows as PAID within 2 business days. Good luck

By the way, none of the operators (of the 10 approx. I spoke to) knew about a problem on the website. Ask for a supervisor and they know better...

Yes I just call them they said I have to wait for atlease couple days. See I had 2 case going on right now, and I received both email the same time, but only my mother's case is showing to pay but not my father's case though. I think something is wrong with the sytem. For now I probably just wait to see what happen. Thanks for all your advises. :)
