I know this is a rant, but.... does anyone else wonder why they're offering 2 extra hours of phone support instead of putting those man hours to better use, oh I dont know... approving petitions??? It seems like that would be doing us a lot more good than have 2 extra hours to call them so they can tell you information thats a month old :wacko:

EAD approved 8/22/2011 :)

And you know they are only extending phone hours how? How do you know they aren't extending man hours too?
