I've been patiently waiting for my wonderful husband (UK) to mal me the stuff to add to our I-130 packet. I hoped to send it Monday. Today I received his stuff and he did not sign the G-325a form. I looked it up online and found a referenced memo stating the form could be signed at the consulate however after browsing many forums - no one suggested it. Any ideas? He will send me the stuff overnight again so its not that big of a deal to wait an extra day or two..

Also, we have many affidavits as we do not have any property, money or children together. I noticed that his affidavits (which would take a lot longer to edit) are 2 pages and only the last page is signed by the friend/family member. Is this ok? We are still waiting on one from his parents and if it doesn't get here quick then I won't send it.. is that ok also?

I know it says to fill out all spaces, do we need to put N/A for the blank address lines that are unneeded?

Also for his employment - he continued the address onto the next line under the one designated to start the address.. is this ok or do I need to attach a sheet for the extra stuff (it is only the UK zipcode)

Thanks for reading. Any quick answers would be lovely.

Please learn from my past mistake!!! I sent in a perfect I130 package I checked everything, made sure I had everything they asked for and sent it off. 5 months later I got an RFE, ohhhhh I was so upset, come to find out we got an RFE because I didn't sign the G325 form!!! :bonk: So get that signed unless you don't mind a delay in your process! Best wishes!

That is all I needed to hear about that! Two days waiting is not worth an RFE. Thanks!.. I'm just ready to send this thing out.

Have him sign it. Not all adjudicators are aware of the memo you speak of and will send an RFE.

I think it's ok that only the last page is signed, but I'm not 100% sure of that. Others may know better. If you choose not to send the one from his parents, it will not be that big of a deal. Since your case will be going through the NVC, you can always add to the documents the NVC will request.

I know it says to fill out all spaces, do we need to put N/A for the blank address lines that are unneeded?

If an address line is not needed, then I think it is OK to leave it blank. As for that question that asks for last address outside the US of more than 1 year, if that does not apply to you, then you would indicate that you have not.

Also for his employment - he continued the address onto the next line under the one designated to start the address.. is this ok or do I need to attach a sheet for the extra stuff (it is only the UK zipcode)

Thanks for reading. Any quick answers would be lovely.

If it's only the zip, then it's ok

Thank you for all of your information.

I have one more question. I just realized my husbands passport photos are a different size then mine. They are the UK smaller size. Is this ok? I'm finding mixed results online. Something called epassportphoto comes up where you can upload the photo and resize.. has anyone does this?
