hi suala22' call 1-800-375-5283 then 1 2 2 6 1 receipt# 1 wait another 1 or 2 mins then 3 4 you will hear "You reached C.S" then "Your wait time between x and xx mins" this message will repeat you every sec... finally you will get nice IIO (If your good LOL) otherwise you will get bad IIO..

• Enter 1
• Listen to the full message then enter 3
• After couple seconds of pause enter 4

using this method transfers the line to a service center official who will refuse to offer case status and will ask you to call the National customer service number but this is the game of luck keep trying
