Have you phoned the NVC yet to see whether your case has been received by them and forwarded to the embassy? That should be your first step if you have not already done so: 603-334-0700, option 1 and then option 5. You must speak to someone there... K-visas are NOT entered into their automated system.

While you're talking to them, ask them for the phone number for the embassy you'll be contacting. They'll have the most direct number to visa processing.

They are much more helpful than the USCIS helpless line....

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Ieva, the phone number is 603 334-0700. Also, just to make a small correction, the forms initially sent are I-129F and G325A.

Abril01, some embassies/consulates allow beneficiaries to go and pick up packet 3 in person. You might want to check about that. But you'll most likely need the case number assigned by NVC in order to do so. That number is used by NVC and the consulate/embassy to identifiy the cases (and no longer the NOA1 number). First thing you should do is call NVC as Jen instructed you to do.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

It's hard to reach NVC these days, since they're dealing with lots of cases. When using this number (603 334-0700) it's best to call either super early in the morning (7:30am) or late at night (11/11:30pm).

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
