They look like footnote codes for the documents you submitted...?

Did you mail them original birth certificate, police check, divorce decrees etc? No scanned copies or any promises that the forms would be delivered? If you've submitted paper originals of everything to the consulate, (and none of the bolded footnotes apply to you), I wouldn't worry about it.

I think you're fine. These are the standard things they ask for. When you file your petition, you submit copies and keep the "originals" for the interview. Just in case the ask for an original, you can show them in person, so they don't think a document you have is falsely put together.

And the 2nd thing you posted just seems to be codes they use to inform people of what they are missing. For example: if you were missing something they would have printed DOCUMENT STATUS "T", just meaning that you needed to translate one or more of your documents.

CONGRATS ON YOUR INTERVIEW DATE!!!

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20

There is a second page that corresponds with the "key" page that you list above. That page will tell you exactly what you need to bring (we just have to bring a current police certificate...everyone in the DR has to do that. HOWEVER, my husband got new copies of our marriage certificate as well...just in case!).

Hope that makes sense and CONGRATS on your interview date!! :dance:

where did you read the "other forms" that you have to bring? the link on the email that you received to the embassy has really good information about how to prepare for the interview. I know the medical stuff, police certificate, evidence of relationship, passport, and fees are manditory. We are also bringing the copies of the all the NVC documents we sent (just in case). If you find out about something else...let us know!
