Hello Visajourney,

I sent my I-751 to remove conditions on my GC 2 days ago March 9,2011. I would like from Visajourney a feeback about the evidence I submitted with my I-751, here is the cover letter I sent:

I entered the U.S. on a K-1 Visa in -------. My conditional residence is based on my marriage to ------------------- who is a U.S. citizen. We are filing this petition together.

We have been happily married and living together since -----------. We just relocated in Oct, 2010 from --------- NY to --------- NY ( So you may not 2 different addresses on the documontation we provide ).

Enclosed find a joint form I-751 petition for the removal of conditions of my permanent resident status and a money order for the amount of $590 for the fee of this form. Also you will find the following documentation to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

 Copy of the Green Card, Passport and Marriage Certificate

 Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our marriage

 Letter from my wife’s daughter

 Copy of our joint tax statements for 2008, 2009 and 2010

 Copies of our two savings joint bank accounts: Bank of America & Trustco Bank

 Copy of 3rd joint bank account - safety deposit box: Key Bank

 Copy of Lease/Tenant Agreement for addresses: ---------- & ----------, NY

 Copy of utility bills showing my name at both addresses

 Copy of our airline reservations for our vacation we had in Morocco, 2009

 Copy of our train and bus reservations for our vacation in 2009

 Copy of our library cards

 Copy of our drivers license and learners permit

 Copy of our visa cards from Bank of America

 Copy of my wife’s Social Security Statement(s) showing my Rep Payee Status

 Copy of our Social Service Benefits Statement

 Copy of our Social Service Benefit Crads

 Our Photos, cards and Facebook Profiles

We are confident that with your review of all of the documentation that we have provided that you will be able to successfully lift the conditions of my current green card.

Hi Abdo;

Your list of evidence is very strong, much like ours when we mailed it last Tuesday.

We also included copy of our marriage certificate, copy of my front and back of green card and also a copy of hubby's u.s passport.
