Hello, I'm New and looking for advise.

Here my story

I married my wife 2 years ago then 1 year later we divorced... I never did any paperwork for her residency at that time.. we have a 4 yr old daughter american born.

she came in to the states 3 years ago with a Border cross Visa (Laser) and overstayed 1 year.

after our divorce she went back to Mexico and at the border she was processed for:

Application for Admission Withdrawn and Visa/BCC canceled,

and is now inadmissible 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) Is been 1 year since this.

I now re-married her in Mexico and I'm getting ready my I-130.for her, I'm an American Citizen.

My questions are:

What do I mark On Question A16 Has Your Relative ever been under immigration Proceedings? YES - NO

Removal - Exclusion/Deportation - Rescission - Judicial Proceedings

Will I need a Waver?

Will this be a reason for Denial?

Will this Make hard to get her visa?

On question A11 Names of Prior Husband - I guess I will also have to put my name... So I will show as a Present Husband and Also a Prior Husband?

We realized now that we loved each other and want to be together with our daughter... by the way our daughter lives in Mexico with Mom, again my daughter is an american citizen.

Thanks you in advance for your help.

Manny, Vianey and little Mia.
