Hi all,

Should I sponser my parents and my siblings at the same time,or I should wait till my parents come to the US to do it? I have a brother who is under 21 years old. Will he be able to come with my parents or he has to wait for awhile?

you can file for all of them,

but siblings will take more than 10 years to come. they cannot come at the same time as your parents.

each one (parents and siblings) must be filed separatly.

you can file for your parents, and once they are LPR, they can file for your younger brother.

for unmarried children under 21 it would be more than 4 years

for unmarried children over 21 it takes more than 8 years.

LPR (residents) cannot file for married children.

You will need to file separate I-130s for your parents and brother. It will take 6-12 months for your parents to immigrate to the US. Your brother cannot immigrate with them. It will take 11 years for him to immigrate on the petition you file for your brother.

Once your parents become green card holders, they can file petitions for your brother. Depending on his age, it will take 3 or 6 years. If your brother gets marry, the petitions by your parents will automatically be revoked.
