You could start from google to search your congresspersons and then get to their website and contact info. There might be a form to fill out before they get into action.

my wifes EAD story is not as bad as this one but we waited 7 months and never got the EAD but she finally got her greencard about one week ago. They messed up her name so we have to send it back but as least she is all approved now just no card in hand. They did say she was approved for EAD almost 1 month after they approved her green card. good thing we don't need it now. good luck to all still waiting
