The London Embassy has recieved my fiance's packet and have sent out the letter to my fiance for Packet 3.... Today he spoke with one of the people at the embassy and they told him that he didnt have to wait for the letter to begin this step.

We ended up on http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html for further instructions,,,

First question: IS that the right location for the fiance visa packet 3 instructions?

My fiance filled out the forms listed :

DS-230 Part I & II (PDF - 176kb)

DS 2001 (PDF - 75.85kb)

Form DS-156

Form DS-156-K (PDF - 218kb)

Second question :) On DS - 156 , printed off shows that it wants a passport picture. He seen contradictory information on this. Somewhere it said it needed the picture and another part said that form didnt have to have the picture attached...... Does he need a passport picture attached to that?

Third question :) When he mails the above forms to the embassy,,, Is there a fee that is sent in at that time? or ?

Please someone instruct me as to the questions...
