Our 3rd infopass app was unhelpful, they repeat to us that AP/EAD was approved on April 28, but that the biometrics letter has not been issued, so they cant help us. She told us to come back in one month to see if she can help us She also told a stupid excuse "maybe because his last name is so strange, they are running a background check to make sure he is not a terrorist so there is no biometrics letter yet" We are so sad. Someone here still without biometrics?

We just got an email that the EAD was ordered to print! No word on AP, but I assume that's also in the works.

Scratch that, both EAD and AP were approved today. Finally we can take our Jamaican honeymoon! But I'm already expecting a baby so there won't be any daiquiris on the beach for me. :-)

So, as it shows above, we have our interview in Salt Lake on June 16th, but we still have no word at all on the EAD, except that we did biometrics for it already. I know once we get the green card, the EAD won't matter anymore. But I am just worried that something is going wrong, because it seems like most people with an interview already have their EAD. Anyway, any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

By pure luck, I was able to get the status update on my hubby's I-765. I should have received an email notification about the card production but did not/have not received any yet. Any only today did I see his status actually show up online. Since we received the NOA1 we have not been able to see his status online as it can not be located in system!

So I went to the USCIS site not expecting to see anything but entered our receipt number anyway...well I couldn't believe my eyes when I didn't get the canned "we can't find your case in our system" message but it actually recognized our case(s) Well to top it ALL off it said we are scheduled for our interview on Tuesday, June 28th!!! I'm so anxious and excited...it feels so good knowing on the other side is so much opportunity. I'm confident our love for one another will shine through all the nervousness and jitters but we are still going to do everything in our power to make sure our supporting documents are impeccable. Headed off to update my timeline...

I was a march filler but due to some errors we got our package back so now I am a may filler, I received my NOA a week ago this week I got my biometrics appointment letter(06/10). My question to you guys is can I go and have my biometrics done before the appointment as you did ? we cant keep the appointment cause my wife wants to visit her mother in iowa next moth. I will appreciate any kind of help from you guys.

I got my biometrics appointment letter last week scheduled for June the 10th, but due to something unexpected my wife's mother fell ill and we are planing to pay her a visit next month so we may not keep the appointment. My question is was it ok for you guys to walk in and have your biometrics done before the appointment date? did you call before to see if you can do it or you just walked in with no problem? I will be grateful to hear from you guys!! thank you

I would definitely try it. You have a real reason for walking in ahead of time (out of area on appointment date.) I think they would be more inclined to honor that.

Hi everyone,

I see that several people are starting to get their interview dates which is great news that things are moving along for March filers. I assume that getting the interview means that their cases were never transfered to CSC. I know tha hasn't really been tracked, but I was wondering, of those without an interview date set, how many are because they were transfered to CSC and how many are still just waiting on the local office?

I was still hoping for a CSC transfer after getting the EAD/AP but if some are getting interviews scheduled at the local USCIS already, I don't know that a transfer would be any faster at this point. Has anyone been transfered after receiving the EAD card?
