I got my hubby's bio-metrics appointment for May 10, 2011 but he is going to do a walk-in sometime next week.

Does anybody know what time the offices are open from?

This also shows that a slow NOA1 doesn't mean the rest of the AOS process will be slow and that a fast NOA1 doesn't always mean a super quick AOS approval either.

Also, did you get a letter in the mail or an email/txt notification of biometrics?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think its because that the biometrics letter depends more on the location that is closest to you and how busy they are, where as the lockbox is just a matter of which package they open first and notify

Yes, that's true.. That's why it's hard to say how fast the AOS process will go based on NOA1 time. Too many variables out of our hands!

Our NOA arrived yesterday April 14, NOA text/email arrived on April 11, and NOA has a notice date of April 8.

The bio-metrics arrived today April 15, NO text/email, and the paper has a notice date of April 12.

Oh, and the bio-metrics are for both the I-485 & I-765

I have yet to see my status online!

Yes, that's true.. That's why it's hard to say how fast the AOS process will go based on NOA1 time. Too many variables out of our hands!

I KNOW. I just hope it works out for all of us.. I mean we've all invested so much in this process, not just time and money.. and it's like they are toying with our lives here.. I mean how are we supposed to begin our lives if we are so dependent on those documents in order to find work etc?

I honestly think we just need to take a deep breath and relax and know that this will all end soon.. that this too shall pass and someday we can look back at these moments and think "WOW I'm GLAD THATS OVER" lol.. this part really sucks though..

We got our NOA the 22 of March then transfer to CSC on April 11 but no Biometrics, I am all confused. Not like in the K-1 process that I knew exactly which was the next step.

So you still haven't gotten a biometrics appointment?

I am starting to worry because I see a trend that people are getting biometrics letters a day or two after getting the noa1 and i thought that was weird too.. maybe your location is busy? which state are you in?

check your cashiers check if its already encashed ,if does, you will be safe and onething did you use the right address? since you used the express delivery not the usps or regular mail?

we use the express mail from usps, and used the address for courier or express delivery. WAS I WRONG???
