Problems with DS 260

I paid both fees 4 weeks ago. I am unable to access the DS 260 online. It is showing up as unavailable. Calls to NVC keep telling me to wait one more day. I also emailed about the problem and received the usual confirmation. I have called about at least ten times. It looks like there is a glitch in their DS 260 processing and our application fell into this glitch. Anyone else have the same problem.

According to this table at the bottom: http://travel.state..../info_5165.html China isn't eligible to do the online forms, such as the DS-260. Right now, China is only eligible to do EP.

Did you opt in for Electronic Processing? I would, and read VJ wiki page for opt in instructions. Put everything in PDF format and send it in. NVCelectronic@state.gov I think that's the right address. OPTIN must be in the first 5 characters of the subject line. Lots of info. you can call the NVC and get specific instructions. I was told the electronic web address will be looked at in about 10 days vs the nvc@state.gov takes about 20 days.
