Hi Guys!

I filed for an I-130 to petition my Dad to come here in the US. He just recently received a schedule for a visa interview which is April 06, 2011. My question is regarding his medical. What documents does he need to bring at ST Luke's Hospital in Manila? And if there's any step by step link that I missed, please kindly post it for me. I really appreciate it guys!

And also what documents is he going to need as well at his interview on April 6th?

Thanks!

Leon
