when current PD jumps...

Hi! I/ve been checking the visa bulletin. I have a question let's say what if the current PD last February was April 12, 2005 and the following month it becomes July 20, 2005, what happens to the PDs in between those months? Is it correct to say that the PDs that fall from April 12, 2005-July 20, 2005 are current meaning they are processed as well or just specifically PD of July 20, 2005?

All of the visas from April 12, 2005-July 20, 2005 would then be accepted. The date listed on the visa bulletin means anyone with a PD on or before the date listed is eligible to apply.
