Approved with the IMBRA waiver on the filing limits???

If thats what the waive is for you are the first i have seen on this board! And that is great news for myself and a few other posters like sbgWolf who have been really nervous about the IMBRA waiver!

I am very happy for you! Congrats and good luck on the rest of your journey! Trust me...your good news is my good news too!!!! :):D

What was your waiver for? I had to request one, myself. Just curious, and still waiting.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Yes, for those of you waiting for waivers, this is good news. I had two previous K1 visas (over a sixteen year period). My waiver was granted. Don't give up hope. This is the first waiver approval I have seen for the 2 visa limitation I have seen too. I am thrilled beyond belief.

07/03/2006 - RFE (Receipt) - RFE Received

07/07/2006 - RFE and Waiver Request - RFE arrived at CSC
