[edit] - I have just read this on the wiki link:

When status of the AOS shows as PAID (online): Print the barcode and include it in your AOS package which are:

My USC Wife has the I-864 package ready to post, and she wants to post it early.

We have paid the £88 fee, and it is showing as 'PAID' on the website.

Reading the wiki's, especially http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/LingChe_NVC_ShortCut, we believe the payment for the £404 should be available soon.

So, is there any harm in posting the I-864 AOS Package to NVC tomorrow?

Maybe the NVC will post it back, or we hope, keep it until we have paid the $404? I am assuming they will keep all of our mail together.

***

Maybe we can not send it early, but 'sky bairns get nowt!'

If you have printed the barcode you can mail it. You do not need to wait to send it with the IV package.

I posted my I-864 once I had paid and had the barcode. I then soon after paid the IV fees and sent that package off. There is no problem, this is the way it is expected to be done. Now at one point I did receive an email saying something along the lines that they had received the I-864 and I needed to send in the other stuff...but this is nothing to worry about, even if you have already but the other package in the mail.
