April bulletin didn't mention F2A as "Continued heavy applicant demand"

hope that things for F2A have eased up and the cut-off date will progress way more than 3 months forward for May.

Continued heavy applicant demand for numbers in the Family First (F1) preference category has required the retrogression of the Worldwide, China-mainland born, and India cut-off date for the month of April. "

could be more since April bulletin didn't stress the heavy load of F2A

hopefully my guess it more conservative than it really is...

I dont have a guess.. I am lost.. I just wait for it to be launched.

What's up with DOS visa bulletin page still showing "April 2011" as the upcoming month? It's April 4 today, shouldn't it be "May 2011" ?

Guess they will update it soon.
