Contacting the London Embassy(Urgent please)!!!!!!!

Hello fellow VJers,

Please does anyone know how I can contact the US embassy in London to check if they have received my file and alos to change my address because I have moved. We called NVC on monday and we were told that our file was sent to England the week of 1st March. Also does anyone have any idea how we can slow down the process so I can go the US next year March. Please I would really appreciate good advices now!!!! Please!!!!!

You could call USCIS and cancel your K-1 and start all over again when you are ready?

You have 6 months to use it before it expires once its been issued.

Have you checked for a phone number on the London Embassy website?

Call the US number 202-663-1225 (options 1, then 0). They'll let you know if the London Embassy has received your case. I called them this morning and found out my case was still in NVC...

It will be another wait to cancel the K1 and start over. Do you think it is a good idea to reschedule the interview. Do you know anyone who did that and how it turned out. Thanks
