Figuring out AR-11

Ok, so I am looking over the AR-11 form as I will be needing it in three weeks.

I am assuming where it says "I am in the United States as a:" i would check Other and put "AOS pending"?

Also where it says "If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the US expires on:" What do I put there, my I-94 expired months ago... do I just put AOS pending there as well?

on my AR-11 i chkd others and wrote K1/AOS pending it was well outside the box but yeah one can read it

i put my I-94 expiry date after 2 weeks i call the 1 800 # and she asked me for my receipt nos and got my address changed in the system.

I recieved a letter confirming from lee summit after 1 week on my new address

u didnt miss netin its just the form for the change of address its only required if you move from your current address in the US

Hi Stina,

On the AR-11 I put other “K-1 Visa” and expiration date “Date of expiration on I-94”. We also did the I-865 form.

Did you do Keith's I-865, "Sponsor's Notice Change of Address"? I think you should do it? I did it.
