If I can remember right, the question I have is about the 864F form included in the K-3. Do both myself AND the immigrating spouse each fill out seperate forms? Does that question make sense?

864F ? You may be indicating I-864 this is the afidavit of support. You fill this form out since your income is what is being considered, If below 125% poverty line then you will need a co-sponsor and the co-sponsor will use an I-864A

If your income is more than enough, then use the newer and easier I-864EZ. http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/for...les/I-864EZ.pdf

The instructions included with this form are easy to understand. Reduced documantation requirements are also part of the I-864EZ

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Can you double check as to which form you are referring to.

Forms needed to be filed with your initial petition....

I-130 completed by the USC petitioner

G-325A (made up of 4 pages) One set completed by the USC petition and one set completed by the foreign beneficiary.

For the beneficiary to eventually be able to apply for the K-3, you will need to submit the following once you receive the NOA1 for the I-130...

I-129F

G-325A (made up of 4 pages) One set completed by the USC petition and one set completed by the foreign beneficiary.

The I-864 Affidavit of support (completed by the USC petitioner) is not required for the K-3 interview as that is used for CR-1 immigrant visas and for adjustment of status once in the US on K-3. An I-134 is the affidavit of support used in the majority of cases for K visas where it may be used as one of the things for a conof to determine if the applicant will or wont become a public charge.
